House Rules

HOTEL ROOMS

• Check-in time: 2pm onwards.
• Check-out time: 7am – 12pm (late check-out chargeable at Php 300 per hour).
• Food & Beverages: Breakfast (hotel guests): 7am – 9am, Last food order: 9pm.
• Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Cooking is not allowed inside the hotel rooms.

COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS UNDER THE GENERAL COMMUNITY QUARANTINE GUIDELINES

• Wearing of Facial Mask in all Public areas
• One to Two-meter Social Distancing in all Public Areas including the swimming pools and beach areas (if access is allowed).
• Cleaning or Refreshing of rooms during the stay duration is NOT allowed as per the General Community Quarantine Rules. However, you may request fresh linens and towels from 7am to 9pm daily.
• Guest should be inside their hotel rooms by 8pm.

WATER PARK

• Day Access: 8am – 7pm.
• Full payment must be settled upon arrival.
• The hotel staff and management reserve the right to remove guests from unassigned resort facilities. Refusal by guests will result in removal of the guests from the hotel premises without any refund. Changes to reservations may only be done with the Front Office.

SWIMMING POOLS & BEACH

• Swimming pool access hours: 8am – 7pm
• Swimming pool amenities: 8am to 12noon | 2pm to 7pm
• Beach access hours: 8am to 6pm. For safety reasons, timing and access is subject to change based on weather conditions and if allowed under the GCQ Rules as mandated by the Local Municipality.

• Proper swimming attire is required. Clothing with denims, buttons, zippers, colored fading shirts are not suitable for swimming pools. If clothing must be worn, it is advisable and recommended to wear white or any light colored t-shirts.
• Lifeguards have the final authority in the swimming pools and beach area.
• Wearing eyeglasses/sunglasses, glass goggles/masks around or inside the swimming pools is strictly not allowed.
• Infants and children wearing diapers must wear “swimming diapers” when swimming inside the pools.
• The water slide operates with restrictions for guest’s safety. Guests who are below 110cm in height, pregnant, have complications with heart/health/physical/mental conditions or not wearing proper swimming attire are not allowed to use the water slide.
• Guests participating in boat rides that are managed by the Hotel are required to sign a waiver at the Front Office desk.
• Parents and guardians are required to supervise and monitor their family members and children who are swimming to avoid any accidents or injuries.

CORKAGE & COOKING

• Cooking is allowed in the BBQ facilities only. Availability of the BBQ facilities is limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Corkage fees for reservations: Electrical: PHP 100 (for rice cookers only), Letchon: PHP 1,000. Other corkage fees apply for events.
• Additional fees will be charged for guests who want to use the Hotel’s plates, glasses, cutlery etc. for food brought from outside.

GENERAL

• Limited parking is available for guests on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Hotel Resort is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside vehicles.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Entry on the Main Building is prohibited when soaked with water or wet to avoid other guest from slipping on the floor or any other kind of accident.
• Furniture or fixtures that are damaged, missing, soiled or vandalized will be charged to the guest’s account.
• In-room towels are not allowed to be used outside the hotel rooms. The following charges apply to these items if lost or damaged:
  • Bath Towel (PHP 500), Face Towel (PHP 350), Bathrobe (PHP 2,000), Hand Towel (PHP 250), Room Key (PHP 500)
• Guests are requested to report any malfunction or failure of hotel amenities, equipment, and fixtures to the hotel staff.
• Flammable, explosive or unpleasant odor substances are not allowed (e.g. electric stove, LPG gas tank, butane tank).
• Possession or use of deadly weapons and illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Any guests found violating this rule will be removed from the hotel premises immediately and reported to the authorities.
• SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in all enclosed areas and hotel rooms. Ashtrays are provided in designated areas. Anyone found smoking inside the room will have to pay the fine of Php 2,000.00.
• While the management take every precaution to ensure the safety of guests using the rooms, pools, beach, facilities and surrounding areas, CML Beach Resort & Water Park will not assume responsibility for any loss of or damage to any personal property and vehicles or for any guest injury or death. All guests are required to take respective precautions and adhere to the rules.
